Description
The Ubiquiti PowerBeam M2 400 (PBE-M2-400) is a high-performance 2.4 GHz outdoor wireless bridge designed for reliable long-range network connectivity. It combines a large 400 mm dish reflector with an integrated 18 dBi directional antenna to provide focused wireless transmission and reception for outdoor networking applications.
Powered by Ubiquiti airMAX technology, the PowerBeam M2 400 is suitable for point-to-point (PtP) and point-to-multipoint (PtMP) wireless links. It can be used for building-to-building connectivity, wireless backhaul, network extension and other outdoor deployments where traditional cabling may be difficult or impractical.
The device features dual-linear polarization and supports channel widths from 5 MHz up to 40 MHz, allowing network administrators to configure the wireless link according to their deployment requirements. It provides a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet interface and supports 24V passive PoE, with the PoE adapter supplied for convenient installation.
The PowerBeam M2 400 is built with a weather-resistant, UV-stabilized enclosure and includes pole-mount hardware for outdoor installation. Its directional dish design helps reduce unwanted interference and maintain a focused wireless link when correctly aligned, making it a practical solution for professional outdoor wireless networking.
