Description
The Grandstream HT841 is a professional Analog FXO Gateway designed to connect traditional analog telephone lines to modern VoIP networks and IP PBX systems.
It provides 4 RJ11 FXO ports for connecting PSTN lines and 1 RJ11 FXS port for connecting an analog telephone or fax machine. This makes the HT841 ideal for businesses that want to integrate existing analog phone lines with an IP PBX such as the Grandstream UCM series.
The HT841 supports 3 SIP profiles and provides advanced telephony features including caller ID, call waiting, call transfer, call forwarding, hold, DND and 3-way conferencing.
For network connectivity, the gateway includes two Ethernet ports, with one supporting IEEE 802.3af PoE-PD, allowing the device to receive both network connectivity and power through Ethernet.
The HT841 also supports T.38 Fax over IP, multiple voice codecs, failover SIP server functionality, secure provisioning and strong AES encryption. Its FXS port provides lifeline support, allowing it to be hard-relayed to an FXO port during a power outage.
The HT841 is suitable for offices, hotels, small businesses, branch locations and VoIP deployments requiring integration with existing PSTN infrastructure.
