The Grandstream GXP2170 is a powerful enterprise-grade IP phone designed for professionals who handle a high volume of calls. Its combination of multiple lines, customizable BLF keys, Gigabit networking and advanced call-management features makes it suitable for reception desks, administrators, sales teams, managers and busy office environments.
The phone supports 12 line keys and up to 6 SIP accounts, allowing users to efficiently manage multiple business extensions and SIP services. Its 4.3-inch 480 × 272 color LCD provides a clear interface for viewing caller information, menus and phone functions.
For fast call handling, the GXP2170 provides 48 digitally programmable BLF and speed-dial keys. These keys can be used to monitor extensions, quickly dial contacts and improve productivity for users managing numerous calls.
The phone features dual Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE, allowing network connectivity and power through Ethernet. Built-in Bluetooth provides convenient connectivity with compatible headsets and mobile devices, while HD audio and the full-duplex speakerphone deliver clear voice communication.
The GXP2170 also supports 5-way voice conferencing, EHS-compatible headsets and advanced security features including TLS and SRTP encryption. For larger deployments, it can support up to four GXP2200EXT expansion modules, providing access to up to 160 additional BLF/speed-dial contacts.
