Description

The Grandstream GWN7812P Layer 3 Managed Network Switch is designed for organizations requiring reliable, scalable and secure network infrastructure. It combines high-speed Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, 10G fiber uplinks and intelligent PoE+ power management in an enterprise-grade switch.

The switch provides 16 × 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet ports, all supporting PoE and PoE+, along with 4 × 10Gbps SFP+ ports for high-speed fiber uplinks and network backbone connections.

With a 240W total PoE budget and up to 30W per PoE port, the GWN7812P can supply power to compatible IP phones, surveillance cameras, wireless access points and other PoE devices without requiring separate power adapters.

For high-performance networking, it provides 112Gbps switching capacity and an 83.328Mpps forwarding rate. Advanced networking functions include VLAN, VLAN virtual interfaces, link aggregation, spanning tree, IGMP/MLD Snooping and QoS, allowing administrators to efficiently segment and prioritize network traffic.

Security features include ARP Inspection, IP Source Guard, DHCP Snooping, port security and DoS protection, helping protect business networks from common network threats.

The GWN7812P can be managed through its local Web interface and CLI, while Grandstream’s GDMS Networking and GWN Manager provide centralized management capabilities. The switch also supports stacking for simplified management and network redundancy.
