Insights
The GRP2650 is designed for users who need more than a basic VoIP endpoint. With 14 line keys and up to 16 SIP accounts, it provides the capacity required to manage multiple business communication identities and call-handling workflows from a single desktop phone.
One of the GRP2650’s major advantages is its 56 VPK capacity. These Virtual Multi-Purpose Keys provide extensive programmable access to supported functions such as BLF, speed dial, call park, transfer, and other business communication features. This makes the phone particularly useful for receptionists and users who regularly monitor numerous extensions.
The 5-inch 1280 × 720 colour display provides a significantly larger visual workspace than many conventional business IP phones. Six XML-programmable context-sensitive softkeys, navigation controls, and dedicated function keys provide additional flexibility for everyday operation.
Connectivity is equally versatile. The GRP2650 provides dual Gigabit Ethernet ports with integrated PoE, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth. Wi-Fi 6 supports dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz operation on hardware version 5.0 and above, giving organizations an additional wireless networking option.
For organizations deploying multiple endpoints, GDMS provides centralized device provisioning, configuration, management, and monitoring. This makes the GRP2650 particularly suitable for enterprise, service-provider, and other large-scale VoIP deployments.
