Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Returns Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- Return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Products hasn't filled ink in case of printers.
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice are intact
Non-returnable items include:
- Software, licenses, or digital products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
3. Return Process
- Contact customer support with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Products must be returned as per the provided instructions.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days, depending on the payment provider.
5. Shipping Charges
- Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 24- hours of delivery
- Provide clear images or videos of the issue
- Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification
7. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. Compeq assists customers in facilitating warranty claims but does not provide independent warranty unless stated.
